My name is Monica Coulter, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, license number #68705. I am also a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) and am able to assist LPC Associates.

What I provide: I provide counseling/therapy to adults ages 18+.

What to expect: We will first schedule an initial intake session, which is a great way for us to meet face to face and see if I am the best match for you. Research has shown that one of the most important aspects of therapy is the therapeutic relationship and building a strong rapport. Feel free to be yourself and come as you are, as I enjoy doing the same. I strive to provide a laid back atmosphere where we can both be ourselves. My office is a Safe Zone to those who self-identify as LGBTQIQ, polyamorous, their families, and their partners/spouses. If we decide to continue with the counseling process, you can schedule appointments accordingly.

Appointments: Available times include Tuesday-Thursday from 10:00-7:00, and Friday-Saturday from 10:00-3:00.

Fees: The first initial intake session is $150.00 and is scheduled for 80-90 minutes. Each subsequent session is $150.00 per session and is scheduled for 50-60 minutes. Payable by check, cash, or credit card at the time of the session.

Insurance: I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna, and Baylor Scott and White. I am an out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies, and I can provide you a superbill for you to give to your insurance company for partial or full reimbursement.

TeleHealth/Virtual Counseling: When it is difficult to meet in person, I offer virtual counseling services through an easy-to use and HIPAA-compliant site called doxy.me. The site doxy.me is user-friendly and does not require you to download any software or create a patient account. Please let me know if you are interested in virtual/online counseling versus coming in to the office.

Appointment reschedule: If you cannot attend a scheduled appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance so I can reschedule your appointment.

**In the event of an emergency, call 911 or go to a local emergency room when necessary and appropriate. It is your responsibility to seek the appropriate resources in emergency situations.
